This item weighs 16lbs and is designed to hang from your wall. A bracket that is easy to assemble is included. The bracket must be secured to a STUD!!! Next, we scrape the back and remove loose charcoal. We then clear coat the back, sand, laser engrave and clear coat. We have listed this item as NEW as we made it from a reclaimed Whiskey Barrel Lid; however, since it is reclaimed the condition should be considered distressed which helps to give it an authentic appearance.
